QZAB Specialists

There are only a handful of firms that have the expertise to handle QZABs. Many firms choose not to become proficient because this program is schedule to conclude in November 2007 (makes sense). The firm(s) listed below have shown they have the experience and desire to handle QZABs.
 

To be listed below, a firm must have completed at least  15 QZABs, handle all steps required to qualify for a financing, and can supply school QZAB references (all steps includes assistance with the required 10% match). 

The firm(s) listed below are NOT to be considered recommendations by the U.S. Department of Education. It is provided below ONLY as 
directory of firms with proven experience in QZABs, and strong recommendations from districts they have assisted.

To date, the only national firm listed below is McLiney And Company. They have assisted more than 15 states successfully implement QZAB programs. In addition, they have closed more than 250 QZAB financings for individual schools in every states that have QZAB programs.
